Welcome to Quranific. By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You (the “Student,” “Parent,” or “User”) and Quranific (the “Academy,” “We,” or “Us”). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

Who's Joining Us? (Eligibility)

We welcome students of all ages, but we need to ensure legal compliance.

  • Age Requirement: By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

  • Minors: If the student is a minor (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must register on their behalf and agree to these Terms. The parent/guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s use of our services and their conduct during lessons.

  • Accuracy: Please provide accurate information when signing up so we can tailor your learning experience.

  • Account Safety: Your account details are your personal keys—keep them safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

What We Offer (Our Services)

Quranific provides online Quranic and Islamic education via digital communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).

  • Changes: Like any adventure, we might tweak our courses or features along the way to make them better.
  • Tech: We aim for smooth sailing, but since technology can be unpredictable, we cannot guarantee the service will be 100% error-free.

Investing in Your Learning (Payments)

Fees: Tuition fees must be paid in advance on a monthly basis. Detailed pricing is available on our website or provided upon enrollment.

Billing Cycle: The billing cycle begins on the date of your first paid class.

Refunds: For cancellations and refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy, which is part of this agreement.

Keeping It Respectful (Acceptable Use Policy)

We are an Islamic academy, and we expect the highest standards of conduct from both students and teachers.

  • Zero Tolerance: We have zero tolerance for harassment, abuse, foul language, or discrimination of any kind.

  • Dress Code: Both students and teachers are expected to dress modestly during video sessions.

  • Professional Boundaries: Communication between students and teachers should remain strictly professional and related to coursework. Exchanging personal phone numbers (outside of administrative necessity), social media profiles, or meeting in person is strictly prohibited without Academy approval.

  • Supervision: We strongly recommend that parents supervise children during online lessons to ensure a focused learning environment.

Our Creative Treasures (Intellectual Property)

Ownership: All materials provided by Quranific (including the curriculum and teaching methodologies) are the intellectual property of Quranific or our licensors.

Recording: To protect the privacy of our teachers and students, recording lessons (audio or video) is strictly prohibited unless explicit written permission is granted by the Academy administration.

Keeping Things Real (Limitation of Liability)

We are here to help, but we must be realistic:

  • Hiccups: We are not responsible for unexpected technical issues or indirect damages that happen while using our platform.

  • Results: Your progress depends on your own effort; therefore, we cannot guarantee specific spiritual or educational results.

Privacy & Data Protection

Data Collection: We collect personal information (names, contact details) solely for the purpose of enrollment and communication.

Protection: We do not sell or trade your personal information.

Teacher & Student Privacy

Students and parents are not permitted to request personal information from teachers (WhatsApp/phone number, home address, salary details). Termination of Service

Quranific reserves the right to terminate or suspend your enrollment immediately, without refund, if:

  • You violate the “Keeping It Respectful” Code of Conduct.

  • You fail to pay tuition fees on time.

  • You breach any other provision of these Terms.

Legal Framework & Disputes

  • Governing Law: These principles are guided by the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Mediation: If we have a disagreement, we agree to try mediation first to solve it together heart-to-heart before seeking arbitration.

  • Time Limit: Any claims must be brought up within one (1) year of the issue occurring.

General Provisions

Changes: We may update these principles. If you keep using Quranific after changes are made, it means you are happy with the new version.

Transfer: We may transfer our rights under this agreement to another party (if the company grows), but you may not transfer your rights to someone else without our permission.

Communication: We will keep you updated via email and electronic notifications.
