Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Quranific, we are committed to providing high-quality Quranic education. We aim to be fair and transparent in all our financial and educational dealings. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Payment Structure
To ensure consistency for our students and stability for our teachers, we operate on a monthly subscription model, not a “pay-per-class” model.
Fees are charged monthly in advance to reserve your specific time slot with your assigned tutor.
The monthly fee reserves the teacher’s time for you, regardless of whether you attend every session.
Free Trial Classes
Free Trial: New students are welcome to try 3 days of free trial classes, with absolutely no obligation to continue.
Starting Paid Enrollment: If you decide to continue after the trial, your first month’s fee is due immediately upon confirming enrollment.
Our Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied during the first week of paid enrollment, we offer a full refund.
If you choose to cancel mid-month after the first week, your enrollment will remain active until the end of that billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the month.
Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Fees: Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has commenced. We do not offer refunds for unused classes, including missed classes that do not meet the make-up eligibility criteria.
Academy Cancellation: If Quranific cannot provide a tutor or class for an extended period due to our own administrative issues, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the missed period.
Holidays & Fee Coverage
Because we charge a monthly flat fee, the tuition remains the same regardless of the number of weeks in a month.
Eid Holidays: There are no classes on the days of Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha. These are paid holidays for our teachers; therefore, no refunds or make-up classes are provided for Eid holidays.
Public Holidays: Classes continue as usual on other national holidays unless otherwise notified.
Make-up Class Eligibility
We strive to be flexible regarding missed classes under the following conditions:
Student Absences:
5-Hour Notice Rule: If you cancel a session 5 hours or less before the session start time, you will not be eligible for a make-up class. You must notify us earlier than 5 hours to qualify.
- Make-up Class Limit: Students are limited to 5 make-up classes per month to ensure schedule stability.
Rescheduling Limit: A specific lesson can be rescheduled only once.
No Show: If you miss a class without prior notice, the class is considered “taken” and no make-up or refund will be provided.
Teacher Absences:
If a teacher cancels a session, you are always eligible for a make-up class for each canceled session.
Make-up Class Validity
Timeframe: We encourage students to take their make-up classes within the same month whenever possible.
Rollover Policy: If taking the class in the same month is not feasible, the class will roll over to the next month, but it must be completed by the end of that following month. If not used by then, the make-up class expires.
Rescheduling & Substitute Teachers
While we will make every reasonable effort to reschedule lessons with the original teacher, the following rules apply:
Substitute Assignment: Quranific reserves the right to assign a substitute teacher if the original teacher is unavailable.
Acceptance Required: The student is required to accept the substitute teacher, provided they meet the course requirements and proficiency level. Quranific will determine the suitability of the substitute teacher.
Refusal Policy: If a student refuses a suitable substitute teacher, the lesson will be forfeited, and no refund or additional reschedule will be granted.
Technical Issues
Academy Issues: If a class is cancelled due to technical issues on our end (e.g., teacher’s internet failure), a make-up class will be arranged automatically.
Student Issues: If you are unable to connect due to your own internet or power issues, this counts as a student absence and is subject to the standard make-up eligibility rules (see Section 5).
Changes to Policy
Quranific reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any significant changes to fee structures or refund terms will be communicated to existing students via email or WhatsApp prior to implementation.
How to Request a Refund or Make-up Class
To reschedule a class or claim a make-up session, please follow these steps:
