Teacher & Student Privacy Policy

Purpose
At Quranific, our top priority is maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful educational environment. This policy establishes clear boundaries to protect the privacy and safety of both our students and our teachers.
The Core Rule: Professional Boundaries
The exchange of personal contact information between teachers, students, and parents is strictly prohibited. All interactions must remain professional and confined to Quranific’s official communication channels. This ensures that our teachers can focus on teaching and our students remain safe.
For Students & Parents: You must not ask teachers for:
Personal phone numbers (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
Personal email addresses.
Home addresses or location data.
Salary, contract, or employment details.
Social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
For Teachers: You must not ask students/parents for:
Home addresses or physical locations.
Personal phone numbers .
Financial/Bank details (Payments are handled solely by the Admin/Website).
- Government ID numbers.
Note: If a teacher suggests moving the conversation to a personal app or private number, please decline and report it immediately.
Violations & Consequences
We take these rules seriously. Violations of this policy will result in:
- Termination: Permanent removal from the Academy for confirmed violations (asking or sharing personal numbers or harassment).
- Legal Action: In cases involving harassment or data harvesting, we reserve the right to contact relevant authorities.
How to Report a Violation
If a teacher asks for your personal details, or if a student attempts to invade a teacher’s privacy:
Stop: Do not provide the information.
Evidence: Take a screenshot of the request.
Report: Contact us immediately at privacy@quranific.com.
Agreement
By enrolling in or teaching at Quranific, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy. You accept that maintaining professional boundaries is a condition of your continued participation in our Academy.
